Consultation Process

Phone Consultation

Phone consultation is available to provide guidance, and information without proceeding to the Comprehensive Consultation. There will be a $50.00 fee for a phone consultation. After our initial phone consultation, we will determine if you are interested in moving forward. If so, we will begin the process of developing a plan during the Comprehensive Consultation Phase.  Please click the fees/payment tab for more information.

Comprehensive Consultation

​Your Comprehensive Consultation may include:

​

  • Drafting a letter to your child’s school informing them of the consultation with Ebb and Flow Educational Consulting, LLC and a request for school records.

  • Thorough record review and summary of findings for discussion.

  • Meeting via “Google Meet” or in-person to discuss findings and develop a “Plan of Action” together.

  • Connect with your child in a comfortable setting prior to an observation in the school setting.

  • Interface with school personnel on your behalf and attend all educational meetings that you deem appropriate.
